These are a beautiful pair of Val Saint Lambert Art Deco Glass Candlesticks designed by Charles Graffart en Rene Delvenne in Belgium in 1920-1949 

This type, Allard, was included in the Luxval Catalogue of 1935. 

Height : 20 cms 
Base : 10 cms

The candlesticks are in excellent conditions with no damage and have been barely used with minimal signs of aging & wear.
