You can make a purchase direct through the website by selecting "Buy" and "Add to Basket".

Alternatively we also accept payment by bank transfer, UK personal cheque and Paypal.

I'm afraid we cannot currently take card payments over the telephone.

UK postage is included in all prices and for international postage please contact us for a price.

We we will always ensure that all items purchased will be carefully packed and shipped to an address in the UK or abroad. All shipped items will carry full insurance and are normallyshipped "tracked and signed for."

Items will normally be packed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We use the Royal Mail Group for all deliveries where possible both within the UK or abroad.

We will certainly endeavour to adjust and reduce overall packaging and shipping costs for multiple purchases.

Prices are based on the size and weight of the package being sent. 

Customers from outside the UK should be aware that DLS Antiques will not be responsible for any local duty or import taxes on any purchase from us.These remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

In many circumstances there are no customs fees on antique items over 100 years old but there may be on higher value pieces, and on pieces that are less than 100 years old. Please ensure you check and understand what charges may apply to your purchase.

We have many years of experience packing fragile and rare items for posting all over the world and always pack with great time and care to ensure your purchase arrives safely. 



We will refund the cost of any item bought from us if you are not entirely satisfied with it provided it is returned within 14 days of purchase AND the piece is returned to us properly packaged and in a like condition to that when dispatched to a purchaser by us.

We would always recommend that anyone making a return ensures that their package carries full in transit insurance to the full value of the piece in question.

The cost of the postage, packing (and insurance) will be the responsibility of the person making the return.

We will reimburse without delay and not later than 14 days of the safe receipt by us of the item being returned in an acceptable state and condition.

In the event that an item is returned to us and it has been broken or damaged the person returning the piece in question will remain liable for its full sale value.
